Exit Poll Results 2024 Live Updates: After high-octane campaigns and elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand, now it's time to find out what the exit polls have predicted for the states. Five exit polls - Matrize, Peoples Pulse, Chanakya Strategies, Times Now-JVC and Poll Diary - have predicted a BJP-led alliance lead in Maharashtra while three - Dainik Bhaskar, P-Marq and Lokshahi Marathi-Rudra - have predicted a hung house in Maharashtra. Electoral Edge exit poll has predicted victory for the opposition alliance MVA in Maharashtra.

Voting for the single-phase Maharashtra elections across 288 assembly constituencies began at 7 am and concluded at 6 pm. The contest is between the ruling Mahayuti alliance - BJP, Shiv Sena and the NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) and the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) - Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT) and the NCP (Sharad Pawar faction).
In the 2019 elections, the BJP won the maximum number of seats (105) followed by Shiv Sena (56) and the Congress (44).
